Privacy Policy
ValorBridge (“we”, “us”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy explains what we do — and do not do — with personal information. It is written under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, the law that governs our business.
1. This website does not collect personal information
valorbridge.xyz has no sign-up, no contact form and no newsletter subscription. There is nothing on this site for you to fill in, and simply visiting it gives us no information about who you are.
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, no tracking scripts, no third-party pixels. Fonts are served from our own site, so your browser makes no requests to outside providers while reading these pages.
2. If you email us
The consultation and contact buttons on this site open your own email program. We process personal information only if you choose to send us a message.
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a contract for the same period so that we can recognise earlier correspondence if you contact us again. Ask us to delete your message and we will do so without delay, unless a law requires us to retain it.
3. Server logs
Hosting a website automatically generates access logs — IP address, time of access and browser type. These exist to keep the service running and secure. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
4. Processors and international transfers
We use the following service providers. Their servers are outside Korea, so personal information is transferred abroad.
The data transferred is server access logs (including IP address) to Vercel, and the contents of your email to Zoho. Transfers happen over the internet at the moment you use the service.
You may refuse these international transfers. If you do, we will not be able to answer you by email.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties. The only exception is a lawful request from an investigative authority made under proper legal procedure.
6. Your rights
You may at any time ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Write to the address in section 8 and we will act without delay and tell you what we did.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you hold equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Use the same address and we will handle your request on the same terms.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
7. How we protect personal information
- Access to personal information is limited to the smallest possible number of people
- Two-factor authentication on our email accounts
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site
- Destruction of personal information once its retention period ends
8. Privacy contact
For questions, complaints or remedies concerning personal information:
Visitors in Korea may also contact the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972) or the Privacy Infringement Report Centre (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118).

10. Changes to this policy
This policy takes effect on 18 September 2026. If we change it, we will post the change on this website at least 7 days before it takes effect.
